Leading in Vulnerability

This week Carina Ogawa will talking about “Leading in Vulnerability”. Many times when God called on people to step into leadership, they were fearful and doubtful. Instead of seeing what God could do they saw their own flaws. What God shows us is that by embracing our weaknesses we allow Him to grow us, transform us, and equip us to do more than we think we are capable of. The bigger the mountain the greater work we get to see God do!
